Superior Prosecco Extra Dry

In Valdobbiadene, namely the "Rive Colbertaldo" born our Prosecco, wine generous and noble character.
The grapes after being selected with rigor and thoroughness, are vinified with a light pressing.

Subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature, allow the creation of a sparkling elegant, with fruity, delicate, pleasant, pale yellow color with greenish hues.
Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
Reducing sugars: 16gr / liter
Characteristics.
- Nose: floral notes of acacia and ripe apple;
- Colour: pale yellow with greenish highlights;
- Taste: harmonious, elegant with good structure;
- Storage: we recommend dry places with low light, temperatures of 11 to 18 degrees;
- Serving temperature: 6-8 degrees;
- Packaging: boxes of 6 bottles.
