This sparkling wine is more sparkling than pinot grigio and generally has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage.
It has reflections ranging from greenish to golden, according to the length of refinement.
It is vinified and aged in inert containers such as steel tanks and its skin contains a natural yellow color so a light maceration allows to obtain wines tending to a straw yellow color.
The scent is golden apple, white peach, green leaves, and hazelnut of medium intensity and complexity.
It goes well with appetizers of any kind, soups, minestrone, fish and white meats.
On the nose it is fruity, floral, spicy, mineral and herbaceous, while on the palate it is of medium acidity, alcohol and body.
Its color when it is no longer young is straw yellow with greenish to golden reflections.
It should be served at 6-7 degrees.
The recommended glass is standard white.
