Pinot Grigio Grape: The wine is obtained from a winemaking of Pinot Grigio, deliberately limited yield vineyards, in order to obtain a "natural" product. The grape harvested in the first ten days of September, grapes after being dehydrated, is subjected to a soft squeezing, leaving it in maceration with the skins for 48 hours, racking and fermenting in steel tanks at controlled temperature. With a light pink color with copper reflexes, the tonality comes from contact, depending on the period that remains in maceration with the skins of the grape during its vinification phase. Harmonious and elegant with scents of floral notes and apple and pear, toasted grain. On the palate there are sweet and soft notes with intense fruity and persistent feelings with freshness notes.
